You acknowledge the risks related to the spread of infectious or contagious diseases. It remains your responsibility to take the necessary precautions applicable to health hazards, including but not limited to COVID-19. To ensure the safety of all guests and employees, resort/hotels/airlines and cruise lines may have mandatory safety protocols in place, and the availability of their services and facilities may be impacted.

As part of Canada’s efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and prevent importation, all travellers are required to provide contact and quarantine information upon and after entry into Canada. This information is crucial to Canada’s response to COVID-19.

Starting November 30, 2021, vaccination will be required for travel within and out of Canada. A valid COVID-19 molecular test will no longer be accepted as an alternative to vaccination unless travellers are eligible for one of the limited exemptions, such as a medical inability to be vaccinated. Travellers should contact their airline or railway company to obtain the necessary form and submit it in accordance with their carrier’s approval process as of November 30, 2021, as outlined here: https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/news/2021/11/government-of-canada-announces-adjustments-to-canadas-border-measures.html

As of November 21, 2020, travellers to Canada will be required to submit information digitally – please visit this website for the most up to date information on ArriveCAN: https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/coronavirus-disease-covid-19/arrivecan.html

IMPORTANT: To reduce congestion at security and customs, the check-in and baggage drop-off deadline is now 90 minutes for all flights from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to a US or International destination.

We appreciate your business and look forward to serving all of your future needs. We strongly recommend that your passport be valid at least 6 months after your date of return from your destination.

International travellers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) are now subject to enhanced security requirements and MUST apply for ESTA Visa online. Tourists entering Canada will also require an ETA Visa.

Please refer to https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/ for current guidelines and regulations.

If you are renting a car, please note that you may require an international driver’s license. Please ask your OST travel professional or verify with your car rental company.

All deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. If you have reserved with a deposit only, with a balance owing at least 45 days prior to departure, the deposit is completely non-refundable and the reservation cannot be altered or changed in a way without forfeiting your deposit (unless stated otherwise).
