**ETIAS VISA REQUIREMENT FOR 2024**

Starting 01 January 2024, many travellers will require an ETIAS Visa to travel to Europe. The permit costs 7 Euros and can be obtained here: https://travel-europe.europa.eu/etias/who-should-apply_en

We strongly recommend that your passport be valid at least 6 months after your date of return from your destination.

We also recommend travel and cancellation insurance. Please speak with your travel advisor about your options as we are a preferred partner with Manulife travel insurance.

Please ensure the names on file are complete and accurate as per the travel documentation required for your destination.

If there is a cancellation, schedule change, or any disruption in your scheduled service, OST.travel Inc. reserves the right to apply a transaction fee for its services. This includes (but is not limited to) if a refund is due, OST.travel Inc. will apply a $100 to $500 transaction fee per person plus taxes for services rendered.

If a transaction, planning, or service fee has already been applied to your original invoice, we do not refund transaction, planning, or service fees.

You acknowledge the risks related to the spread of infectious or contagious diseases. It remains your responsibility to take the necessary precautions applicable to health hazards, including but not limited to COVID-19. To ensure the safety of all guests and employees, resorts/hotels/airlines and cruise lines may have mandatory safety protocols in place, and the availability of their services and facilities may be impacted.

As part of Canada’s efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and prevent importation, all travellers are required to provide contact and quarantine information upon and after entry into Canada. This information is crucial to Canada’s response to COVID-19. All current travel regulations for leaving or entering Canada can be found here: https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid

Documents Needed for Air Travel to and within Canada – Domestic and International:

Domestic air travel – If you have Canadian identification, show one of these documents at the boarding gate:
– one piece of photo identification issued by a Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial government with your full name and date of birth OR
– two pieces of identification issued by a Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial government. Both must have your name and at least one must have your full name and date of birth.

If you don’t have Canadian identification you can use any of the travel documents you used to enter Canada, such as:
– a passport
– NEXUS card
– United States Permanent Resident card
– Enhanced Driver’s License
– any document referred to in subsection 50(1) or 52(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations

International air travel – show one of these required forms of identification at the boarding gate for an international flight to/from Canada:
– one piece of valid identification issued by a government authority with your photo, full name, date of birth, and gender such as:
– a passport issued by your country of citizenship or nationality or
– a NEXUS card or
– any document referred to in subsection 50(1) or 52(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations

IMPORTANT: To reduce congestion at security and customs, the check-in and baggage drop-off deadline is now 90 minutes for all flights from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to a US or International destination.

OST.travel Inc. does not take responsibility for refused entry as we have hereby advised you of your possible requirements. Please refer to the entry requirements as outlined by your country’s consulate or the consulate of the country you are visiting, especially with regard to COVID-19 entry and quarantine protocol and regulations. Entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete.

International travellers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) are now subject to enhanced security requirements and MUST apply for ESTA Visa online. Tourists entering Canada will also require an ETA Visa.

If you are renting a car, please note that you may require an international driver’s license. Please ask your OST travel professional or verify with your car rental company.

All deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. If you have reserved with a deposit only, with a balance owing at least 45 days prior to departure, the deposit is completely non-refundable and the reservation cannot be altered or changed in a way without forfeiting your deposit (unless stated otherwise). Once the final balance due date has passed and/or if the final payment has been made, no refunds will be issued (unless stated otherwise).

This itinerary/invoice is proof of the price agreed to between yourself and OST.travel Inc.; a retail/wholesale travel company with TICO Registration #50014459 for Landsby and Sarracini Travel and wholesale travel company with TICO Registration #50014570 for Landsby and Omega Tours.

The tour operator may decide to increase or decrease the price between now and your departure date. OST.travel Inc. is not responsible for any price decrease or increase and can only guarantee that this contract does not permit price increases unless otherwise stated. Please consult additional terms and conditions found in the tour operator brochure/website or please ask your travel advisor for more information.

Please note that the travel supplier (airline/cruise line/tour operator/hotel, etc…) may change departure/flight times and routing of your flight up to 24 hours from the original, confirmed flight times. Please read the terms and conditions from the supplier brochure or website for more details.

Living standards and practices at the destination and standards and conditions there with respect to the provision of utilities, services, and accommodation may differ from those found in Canada or your home country.
